This is the jaw-dropping moment a giant jet lands on the Doncaster Sheffield Airport runway for the first time in four years.
2Excel Aviation’s Boeing 727, which is part of the emergency Oil Spill Response fleet , landed on the tarmac around 11.10am on Tuesday, 28 April completing its short flight from Southend, four years since the airport was closed in 2022.
The footage shows the jet approaching the runway before landing on the tarmac.
